B00M

Terms of service

Last updated: 20 October 2026

These terms apply when you use b00m at b00m.online (the "game"), run by que9.co of Ontario, Canada ("we", "us"). By playing, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the game.

1. Who can play

You must be at least 13 years old, or the age of digital consent where you live if that's higher. If you're under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission.

2. Accounts

3. Fair play and conduct

Don't:

4. Moderation

Moderators and admins can hide, mute, kick or ban players, and remove names or content, to keep the game fair and friendly. We decide case by case and may act without warning for serious breaches. You can appeal by emailing [email protected].

5. Your content

Your names, clan tags, team names and chat stay yours. You allow us to show and store them so the game can work, and to keep chat logs for moderation as described in the privacy policy.

6. Supporter status and purchases

Supporter status gives cosmetic and convenience perks only (such as private battles and a crown). It never gives an advantage in battle. If paid Supporter subscriptions are offered: they renew until you cancel, cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and refunds follow the policy shown at checkout and any rights you have under local law. Perks may change over time. Supporter status granted by staff can be removed. Accounts banned for cheating or abuse lose Supporter status without refund, unless the law says otherwise.

7. The game is provided "as is"

We run b00m as a hobby service. It may change, be interrupted, lose progress or shut down, and ratings or features may be reset or rebalanced. To the extent the law allows, the game is provided without warranties, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or CA$20 if you paid nothing). Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that can't be limited by law.

8. Ending things

You can stop playing at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

9. Changes and law

We may update these terms. We'll change the date above and tell players about significant changes, and continuing to play means you accept them. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. The courts of Ontario have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless the consumer protection laws where you live give you the right to bring a claim in your local courts.
